Was up all fukkin nite making trips to the bathroom. Bladder feels like a fukkin elephant is standing on it.
Pain has moved to basically just above my junk. Hopefully this is indicative of the stone getting close to passing. I sure as fukk hope this is the case.Comment -

Forget kidney stones - consuming a ton of Sodium would eventually harden your artery walls and it will dramatically increase your blood pressure...it happens almost to everyone, at a different stages of life, who eats a ton of salty food.
And having a high blood pressure is not like having an appendix, you might walk with it for years without even realizing that you have it...and then it hits you like a ton of bricks.
That's why it's REALLY important to watch how much Salt you consume on the daily basis.
You'd be amazed how much more flavor you can get out of meat when you substitute salt with a mix of different peppers and/or lemon.Comment -

Wait till u see the stone. Since it is ur first one it is probably the size of a piece of pepper. U look at the fuker and wonder how the hell it caused all that pain. Oxalates are supposed to be a big problem. It is in green leafy stuff like spinach. Drinking shit with color like ice tea colas is also supposed to be a big problem. I went through all of this -- oxys, other pills, $10,000 lithotripsies, etc. did no good. The only two things that helped were 1) for immediate relief, the two ounces of extra virgin olive oil mixed with two ounces squeezed lemon juice followed by a large glass of water, as somebody mentioned way back in this thread. And 2) hit the apple cider vinegar
The oil-lemon juice provided immediate relief. The apple cider (ongoing) vinegar probably helped clear my system out so that a month or two later a cat scan showed no stones.Comment -

I go thru these long stretches of basically feeling fine, and then I'll have a 1-2 hour stretch of feeling like a mule just kicked you square in the nuts. You pretty much just ache like a bitch from your kidney to down in your nutsack. Makes me feel half nauseous.
