Well....dr was right. It's coming. Started feeling very uncomfortable about an hour ago. Was actually in fukkin chuck e cheese with my wife & kid. We were on our monthly Costco run.

On way home now. Wife is driving. Pain not nearly as bad as yesterday morning, but a steady pain in the lower abdomen/groin area. Took a couple of pain pills about 20 mins ago. Just really, really uncomfortable right now.

Will try to update later. This isn't good. Fukk me. Squirming in the seat like a bitch right now.

Man, over 40, salt/sugar in diet, obiesity, dehydration
