because it is. these wagers are usually 30 cent lines compared to 20 cents or less with sides/totals and books will juice the hell out on the side they think they will get more action on. Very rare to find any value betting it, and if your gonna bet it long term its better to bet "yes" as it is usually +money or near +money compared to the no being - money majority of the time.
