Hopefully he'll take the job Baylor offered him coaching staying in school
Sad interview with ESPN the other day
It could be worse though he will be fine

that sucks.
this reminds me of when lakers drafted ronny turiaf and found a heart disorder that wouldve killed him. instead of kicking him to the curb, they paid for his heart surgery then signed him after he recovered.

Yeah, I thought of him, too.
Apparently there is no recovering from this, though. It sounded pretty bleak anyway.

This is bullshit. HE could easily come back and play. disease is not genetic. It is not a genetic condition. No disease is. they are all nutritional deficiency diseases. His is a copper deficiency first and foremost and from there it goes into numerous other minerals. Call me an idiot. I dont care. Doctors are retards. Look up things like Defying muscular dystrophy with todd harrison. Look up on youtube the words “alopecia youngevity”. Listen to everything by dr joel wallach. Disease is caused by nutritional deficiency
here is theo ratliff with the truth about exercise causing problems if you arent smart enough to know somethings about what is in your sweat. Fools, the lot of you!
penetrate you if you disagree. you are a penetrating retard
Saw this earlier. Really tough thing to deal with and I truly feel for him. Promising career that was just taken away from him.
He overcame so much with his eye-condition too, that this is unfair.

Former Baylor Bears big man Isaiah Austin has signed with the Guangxi Rhinos, a Chinese basketball team, according to international basketball reporter David Pick. Austin notably played his collegiate basketball at Baylor before ultimately being forced to take hiatus from the professional ranks of the NBA.
He was originally viewed as a potential first-round pick ahead of the 2014 NBA Draft, but on June 22, 2014, the up-and-comer was diagnosed with Marfan syndrome, a genetic disorder that affects the body’s connective tissue. At the time, Austin, who is also blind in his right eye, said that he would no longer be able to play basketball at a competitive level due to the arteries in his aorta being abnormally large.
NBA commissioner Adam Silver then invited Austin as a guest in a heartwarming moment during the 2014 NBA Draft while making the Fresno, California native a ceremonial pick in between the 15th and 16th selections.
However, on Nov. 30, 2016, Austin received fantastic news as he was medically cleared to start playing basketball again. Then, in January, he signed his first professional contract with a Serbian team called FMP. He played in nine games with the club this past season, averaging 9.1 points, 3.2 rebounds and 1.2 blocks in 15.6 minutes per game, shooting 52.5 percent from the floor, 42.9 percent from three-point range and 60 percent from the free-throw line.

You are 100% an idiot and 100% wrong. You just don't understand simple biology and genetics and that's ok, science isn't for everyone. But you might wanna check your ignorance at the door when it comes to giving an opinion on something you clearly know zero about.
Now go back to youtube and find someone just as loony as you to feel better about yourself

The guy has a horrible way of presenting his argument
but what he says holds weight in some regards
Youngevity is for real
What Dr Joel Wallach says is true to a extent
Try youngevity yourself
FWIW there is no supplement in the world like youngevity
but yes it can only do so much , its kind of high but
add it to your regimen and only do 1 scoop a day instead of 2
and call me in the morning
for real though , the energy boost alone makes it worth it
it makes you not feel as hungry
endocannabinoid system boost to help fight off free radicals before they manifest into disease
and the combination of minerals and amino acids+ vitamins
you can tell a lot of thought and research has been put into it

Everything you say may be true and youngevity may be legit, I honestly don't know. But I know that you are born with Marfans and it's not curable. There are surgeries that can prolong your life and improve quality of life like aortic valve replacement and aortic arch repair, but even after those are corrected, the Marfans is still there, it's not curable because it's in the DNA of the person and that cannot be changed. It's just who he is
I wasn't bagging on Youngevity, just that he missed the bigger picture that there are certain disease processes, especially congenital/genetical that cannot be cured, only modified.
