    Mexico <input id="editx" name="C_82" size="4" style="font-size: 1em; color: rgb(68, 68, 68);"> +125
    USA <input id="editx" name="C_83" size="4" style="font-size: 1em; color: rgb(68, 68, 68);"> +220
    Honduras <input id="editx" name="C_84" size="4" style="font-size: 1em; color: rgb(68, 68, 68);"> +530
    Costa Rica <input id="editx" name="C_85" size="4" style="font-size: 1em; color: rgb(68, 68, 68);"> +630

if none advance can this be graded?

if 3 advance and all three lose is there some tiebreaker or dead heat socccer rule out there??

lol 3 teams advance are you a noob? Only 2 teams advance!! The dead heat means if they got knocked out at the same stage could be group or1/8 etc

this. bet is "split" between teams eliminated at same time, if this is at 5dimes, who knows, remember that disaster with the champions league game

According to these odds I would say the bookie likes USA's chances.

These teams are not in a same group, so all four can advance.

dead heat rules means that if two or more teams tie, your stake is divided by the number of teams before the odds are applied to it

let me tell you exactly what happens in this scenario

all four teams get eliminated in the group stages, so your best bet is to unload on costa rica and honduras, and you will profit

so lets say you stake a unit on cr and one unit on honduras

if all teams are disqualified in the group stages you will get .25 * 5.30 and .25 * 6.30, which is 2.9 plus your .5 unit stake so 3.4

you will make a total profit of 1.4 units, or a 70% return on your 2 units staked

costa rica and honduras are the worst in their respective groups and have no chance to get anything other than last place, usa and ghana are debatable but there is a snowballs chance in hell that usa will qualify over portugal or germany

as for mexico, they are the only team that stand a chance to qualify. brazil is obviously winning that group, so they will have to fight croatia and cameroon for the second spot, both of which are formidable opponents, id give them a 1/3 chance of qualifying

have you seen Mexico in qualification? Their piss poor and lucky to have qualified, they might get eliminated without scoring a goal.

Both Croatia and Mexico have changed managers since then. Whatever they do during the qualifications can be erased.

just saying that out of these four teams, the only one with a real shot is mexico, not saying a they are good or bad, just that they have shot due to an easier group compared to the other three teams

maybe mexico is not a good team as you say, but qualifications were a long time ago, and teams did have time to improve and correct their shortcomings

the passage of time from qualies till now means that many teams will not be what they were back then, some will be better, some will be worse

but in any case, no matter what state mexico is in, cameroon and croatia are not the best teams, its only 3 games and these teams are so close in terms of quality that its anyones game

Costa Rica finished higher than USA and Mexico in qualifiers. It's also the team closest to Brazil geographically so they should be used to weather better. At +630 they have a huge chance to finish higher than all other 3.

This is what I'd take also, I don't think any qualify so this would pay the best should that happen.

Unless coming third or fourth in the group or goal diff is a tie breaker in the rules this is the team I'd be on for this bet.

*Depends what the book calls 'dead heat rules apply' as well. Is it a push? Mine Is pay out half so hence picking Costa Rica.
