All the greats played in the warm weather. 97 degrees in the finals.
There were a total of seven future hall-of-famers playing in this series, including Kareem Abdul-Jabaar, Kevin Mchale, Bob McAdoo, Robert Parish, and James Worthy, along with Larry Bird and Magic Johnson. To say the least, this series definitely had star power and the country took notice. The first four games in the series were played as expected, and the series was tied at 2 a piece heading into Game 5. Game 5 was played in Boston Garden and is known for the sweltering temperatures inside during the game. The Garden did not have any air conditioning, so the temperature inside would reach 97 degrees during an especially hot June in New England. The heat could not affect Larry Bird as he led the Celtics to a Game 5 win, putting them one victory away from another Celtics championship.

Jordan played all 82 games + playoffs for 9 seasons. Some guys can play through it, others can't.

Fat posters commenting about Lebrons conditioning. Man plays full games and all season long his muscle gave out on him. At that point you cant do anything

Stop comparing him to the GOAT.... all you need to know is 1997 Finals game 5!
Jordan flu(food poisoning) game:
38 points, 7 rebounds, 5 assists, 3 steals and 1 block

Lebron is a top player of all time without a doubt, I guess that's why so many hate him idk. He is one of the best team players, great passer, very intelligent, knows the game inside and out and respects it more than almost all players playing today. He is really down to earth and likes to have fun, the media gives him a different image of course. Its hard to compare any two players, especially ones that are so different. Lebron has a couple inches and 60 pounds on Jordan for one, although I do believe LeBron has a lot of work left if he wants to be on Jordan's level.

Jordan was the better all around athlete. Had a higher vertical and was much quicker. Led the league in steals three years. He also blocked more shots than LeBron.

To surpass greatness, you have to rewrite it; you can't simply match it.

Even if Lebron won more championships than Jordan. Jordan is still better than him.

i go to go with Lebron here. When Jordan left Boston to play with Bird, Parrish, and Mchale i lost all respect for him.
