I thought Hoyer was going to be the starter and Johnny was going to observe for a couple years like Aaron Rodgers did in Green Bay..??

the Browns have a chance to make the playoffs if they don't play Manziel right away.

Team has a good defense and with Hoyer they were decent last season.

no reason to have johnny in there throwing picks and fumbling the ball. He is not ready for the NFL.

Manziel will be starter. Hoyer coming off injury. Good guy to learn from as he has played with good QBs. But Manziel will start as long as he is not terrible in pre season
