Bad day for NBA coaches, especially if this was not really voluntary.

Guy has been coaching for 37 years. This after a playing in the NBA. What is he suppose to do, die on the court?

If you assume Kevin Love isn't staying... coach knows best. He's gone. Why stay?

If they can't make the playoffs with the roster they have which has playoff caliber talent, they're not gonna make them when Love leaves.

The team is bad defensively and has a very poor bench. Beside Love and Kmart, they don't really have any consistent offensive players. That's why they normally start well and drop off in the 2nd quarter.
