    even if its billy walters I am sure there is no way you can make profits off his picks

    1) he makes big money because he bets big amounts

    2) he moves lines and gets the line he wants, you wont be able to do that

    3) the 2000$ per month will kill any profit that you may have

    4) you really think billy walters would give you his picks? he is not that stupid, even if he did give you his picks it would be after he'd bet on them, so you will not be able to get his number/price

    5) there is a general consensus that billy walters made his money from booking and/or arbitrage, in which case he is not really a handicapper and you would be a fool to pay for his picks
