Folks before you handicap any tournament play or for that matter any game at all in NCABB take a look at the assist to turnover ratio as a filter for your work. There is just no way that there is any value in a team that can't handle the rock when they face a fukkin pickpocket. Does not matter the strength of schedule one bit. Bad ball handling takes the value out of any side that holds that stat.
