Was going to mention this myself and forgot.
Aspartame is the worst shit for you.
None of it is good obviously, but if you're going to, don't do diet stuff or anything where you see Aspartame.
Just go with the regular sugar loaded sodas instead.
There's a documentary on Netflix that goes off about it's neurological issues when consumed. Can't remember what it's called.
