I may be a Canuck, pulling for the Canucks, and brainwashed by the Canuckian broadcast but I saw things a bit differently:

The slashing call - apparently the US bench had been warned. Yeah, it was cheesy but once given warnings have to be enforced.

The Knight penalty - In real time I swore she was tripped. I was swearing at the ref for not awarding a penalty shot. Yes, the reply showed she wasn't significantly impeded but it's hard to blame the ref for the call.

The ref impeding Can at the blue line as regulation time ticked down - I saw it as not preventing a US breakout but rather as stopping the the Canucks from cycling the puck and costing precious, precious time. Oh, and almost costing the game too. Why is Rocket the only one who has mentioned this?
