2dabank why were you in a holding cell for 3 days?

I was arrested in panola county Mississippi. The holding cell was just the 1st 3 days while they were playing scare pussies into snitching. After those 3 days I was taken to general population then denied bail as a "flight risk", proceeded to stay in county for 6 months while new random law enforcement popped up to see if I was scared, finally lawyer got me bail for 100k, 10k cash the bondsman kept and my brother had to put up his house as collateral (good move on their part or I wouldn't have came back). Then the next 6 months was me and my lawyer flying to Memphis then driving the 30something miles south to that hell hole for motion hearings trying to suppress the evidence due to the fact we thought we were in America and opening a persons trunk w no concent, probable cause, warrant or reason was kinda unconstitutional. After the oyster judge rejected every motion on the grounds that they found pot so clearly they had a good reason to search (not joking), I was basically left w a lawyer that is very good at his job in normal society telling me If I don't plea to felony possession of however many kilos and went to trial they would also hit me with intent to distribute which in that backwards ass state is considered a violent crime and I'd have to serve 85% of a sentence that ranged from 10 to 30 fuckin years on the 1st time I ever got more than a speeding ticket in my life. Plea out and they drop the intent and as a 1st time felon I do 25% of the 10 . So did little over 2.5 cause took few months to get paroled out of state after I was eligable.. Good times. If I'd known all this before hand I woulda been moving coke and been a whole lot better off financially when I got popped.

Actually in Texas its 10 years max as well. I just don't believe they gave u the max. Its so freaking rare. I mean the max for littering is jail time. There is not one ounce of exaggeration.. I was surprised they didn't have to have reasonable grounds to search, then after the fact they made it clear it didn't matter cause they found drugs. . In court during the motion to suppress hearings at 1 point my lawyer requested the tape out of the brand new state patrol k-9 SUV that pulled me over, wanna hear my lying exaggerated version of what they said? They said that the recorder was broken, naturally my lawyer said "surely there documented proof of it being repaired if it was in fact broken", judges exact words "I don't see how that relevant"... Oh wait, wanna hear my exaggerated lies about what the cop did? Took my license insurance card whatever, took 1 step and turned back around and said to open my trunk, when I informed him that he was obviously free to look around in anything unlocked in my vehicle he would need a warrant to go any further, his response "u don't know where u are do you boy".. Believe what u want..

He actually very good.. Mississippi not quite like rest of civilization. If I'd known I'd have drove the 34 miles I was from mem crossed the line jumped out and told Memphis pd I had 50 pounds in car. Woulda been out that night and prob skated with probation.. While I was in county friend of mine decided to use my plug and got pulled over in Texas w weed, meth, and a pistol and he got probation... Moral of the story I guess is either don't fukk with moving large amounts of weed or if u do I'd advise avoiding Mississippi. The one good thing bout the sip is they so far behind most places they still allowed conjugal visits, getting pussy every few weeks when the wife came down made time far easier..
