I think he fairs well with the offense they have but not sure he can make it work with the defense.

His play calling looked very questionable in that playoff game. Obviously have to look over his entire body of work to make a fair judgement, but that game was very important and he called some rather awful plays.

He doesn't have a large body of work. His NFL relevant experience is basically 3 years as Cincy OC.

I agree with everything everyone is saying here. Defense is the problem and this man has no idea what is going on. Not looking good in Washingtons future...

It's a bad job and the entire league knows it.

The salary cap penalty will rear it's ugly head again next year.

Main reason special teams was awful this year as well as the defense.

No money for role players.

Defense is a mess.

RG3 is a mess.

Owner is a mess.
