Yes Knicks have a chance simply because this game probably means more to them as it would help validate the wins in San Antonio and Dallas were not flukes. But that does not mean they will win.

Knicks have a good chance because carmelo and everyone will come to play with a chip on their shoulder. Wether Wade plays or not really doesn't matter because out of everyone on the heat Wade is the most lazy in regular season games. (I never miss a heat game). Ray Allen actually benefits Lebron more and spreads the floor out for him and actually hits his open 3s.
I really think Knicks cover here easily.

Gotta love it, this isn't 2006. I'm from this city, watch every game, I'm not just saying this for sh*ts and giggles. Lebron IS this team, wade's hardly interested in the game anymore and is playing because of the situation right now.

I agree Miami is nothing without Bron.
Minus Wade, Bron can still take over a game.
Minus Bron, Wade is half the player he was 7 years ago.
What's next for Wade ? Brooklyn ?

That's the popular thing to say now adays.. "I dont know why people are so quick to write wade off, he won championships before bron got here, this is still wades team, etc." ...
The truth is I've been watching every single game obsessively since Wade was drafted. Rookie year he was living in the shadows of Melo and Bron and performed real well, probably around 16 ppg if i remember correctly, look it up and correct me if you want. Wade became a superstar and was hungry as hell to win championships.
It's not only me, anyone that watches the heat on a regular day to day basis sees whos team this is and who really wants it.
This is not the same Wade, Basketball is not his main priority no more, it's not his LIFE. You probably wont understand that but basketball is still Lebron's life and it's his main priority. Wade is simply crusing along for the ride, he's accepted his role as the sidekick a little more than he should have. Wade feels like he's proved himself already and has nothing left to play for, he doesn't have the mentality of true greats that want to break records, etc. End of the day we still won championships with the big 3 and theres nothing to complain about.
But I'm not going to write anymore silly stuff to go back and forth, just watch this video and make what you want out of it... I'm sure you can twist it around however you want but if you have any ability to read people or common sense you should be able to see what's going on.
he's just not as good as he used to be.
don't overcomplicate it. as if he's even capable
of doing what he did 8 years ago. NOT.

Chalmers, Battier out, Wade a game-time decision tonight vs. Knicks January 9th, 2014 4:31 pm Shane Battier and Mario Chalmers have both been ruled out for tonight’s game against the Knicks. Chalmers is suffering from an injured Achilles and Battier is battling a strained left quadricep. In their absence, Rashard Lewis and Norris Cole are expected to start.
In addition, Dwayne Wade is a game-time decision, although he is expected to play according to Heat coach Erik Spoelstra.

that's called a convenient excuse. sure, his role had to adapt, but
he ain't the player he was... deep down you know that's true.
Kind of like a waning Iverson.
