Looks like most of us had a night to forget or not much gained...I broke even, but would have knocked it out of the park had St. Mary's won in hoops...had a +225 parlay riding on that last game...blew a 4-point lead with about 30 seconds left from what I heard.

Glad I put in AtL Hawks to win Eastern Conf at +2200...think this will get close to 1000 the way they are playing...really like this futures bet...last year my 2 futures were Spurs to win Championship (+950) and OKC to win West (Which lost to Spurs).

Yeah, I don't go overboard, but when I see great value in one of those that has not changed for a while, I jump on it.
Not sure why Hawks are +2200 to win the East with what they've shown this season. And Cavs at -110.
They seem to be playing better on the road too, and of course, a very strong home team as they've been in the recent past.
Still will be a long shot, but I like that value of putting $5 to win $110 for a team that appears to be one of the Top 4 teams in the East.

If I had to choose, would go with Blues over Kings too. GL!
I am not too confident about that TT Under, but I pretty much play every opposing team TT Under in LA...it has payed off nicely...so far...wish I started it a couple weeks sooner...Quick and Martin are beasts at home.

WAS/CBJ will be a close game, hard to decide which way to go, WAS lost the two games @ COL. Leaning WAS ML/ CBJ PL
I think CAR will take this one at home against TOR and end their winning streak. Dating back to Nov 2009, TOR has won at CAR only twice.
COL/PIT game is hard to figure out, I will take the dog @ +166.
Think FLA/PHI will be a close game as well. PHI ML/FLA PL.
Just have to the HAB with you.
STL/LAK, the home team seems to win most of the time between these two clubs. Taking LAK ml.
Not going play EDM/SJS, just never know which SJS shows up.

I'm telling you guys, the jackets are a really solid team when every one is healthy. I picked them to win or come second in the east this year. The bad start will set them back but who knows the east other then caps islanders wings n pens isn't great. I was a sucker with all their injuries taking them all the time but last 7 games they have shown they can compete. Before the books realize that this team can play gotta stick with the jackets.
Prolly jinxed it now lol.

I rarely bet against pens Last time I bet against them they won 4-2 lol but that is a real good price for avs

Kings are a good home team but blues are a better all around team imo. So with blues at +122, hard to not take them

It will be interesting to see how well the Habs cope with the Koivu ceremony. I don't know if it will last too long, Koivu is a humble guy, and very private. Still, the outpouring of love will be off the charts. Sometimes the home team can get thrown off their game entirely.

I remember Koivu's first game back after his battle with cancer like it was yesterday. I have never seen anything like it. I know they don't want to retire his jersey, but I would lean towards an exception for him. He was a proud captain during the darkest days of their history. The aforementioned return from cancer, Jason Williams almost taking his eye out, schooling Thorton while nursing a broken rib in 2004...the list goes on and on. He has the heart of a lion, and I would say he deserves the honour of his jersey hanging from the rafters.

I agree with you there, i think his number should be retired as well. He was the greatest captain the habs had in a long time
