Its a glorious time of the year SBR but with all the joy and happiness also comes swearing and head scratching.

It's inevitable that we will all get at least 1 gift that we will NEVER fukkin use or wear. Be it a knit sweater from Aunt Judy or a cheap bottle of swill wine from a colleague.

I'll start:

$25 gift card to Olive Garden from some duechbag I work with....Wouldnt be caught dead eating that slop. Some poor sap will, in turn, be getting this from me this holiday season. ( hope you like fast food pasta Lkid).

Years ago - bought my first condo - had just taken my first job out of college and bought this cheap 2br place - real piece of crap looking back but was in my price range (mortgage was less than my car payment). My aunt gets me a penetrating vacuum cleaner for Christmas. Said it was either that or a vcr player (this was before DVD players). Couldn't believe she thought the vacuum cleaner was better idea than a VCR. Turns out my maid still uses that vacuum cleaner to this day.

Lesson learned: Don't auto re-gift - you never know how much value you can get out of crappy present.
