I don't understand why Master Chip isn't getting bagged on more for the way this offense plays or maybe I should say the way he calls this offense and its execution. If they aren't scoring points, what does Chip bring to the table? That's supposed to be his thing and this offense seems to be regressing.

Well the back and forth reps at QB in practice is devastating to an offense that runs on such timing. Also very hard to keep locker room motivated after so much failure in this league.

Not making excuses but you know he's been giving 3 years to try and figure this league out, all of a sudden after the skins game expectations sky rocketed.

See I think given how Chip handles himself that he should be able to execute a game plan with any of the QBs on the roster. That's how he talked coming in. I think you're just finding out that so far he's not great at handling adversity, something he hardly ever had at Oregon. I think that is something they don't factor in enough when they look at these college guys and try to transition them to the NFL.

Who would thrive in this offense with the way this team plays and the inconsistent play calling? I harp on it, but I think Chip is proving so far to be a not great coach at this level and that really isn't shocking of course.
