You don't understand what it's like to be from Boston. I'm born and raised here...probably gonna die here too. The Red Sox are a major part of the fabric of this City, actually all sports are. My father took me hundreds of Celtics games in the 80's, followed by Regina Pizza. I met my wife on Marathon Monday at a Sox game. Every single person I know has the photo of Bobby Orr diving across the net somewhere in their house. I literally cried when the Sox came back to beat the Yankees in 04. If you're from here you understand, and you'll have your own version of this...
