Well that will come in time. They have a couple good young players on defense with Boykin and Kendricks and Cox. You can improve that with good drafts but this team needs to find a quarterback for the future.

I not sure that Dallas is all that bad. 2 of their losses were very close games against teams currently 5-0 and last week at this time, people were declaring Denver as 19-0 guaranteed unbeatable. Even though they lost, I actually gained respect for Dallas today.

You don't need a Top 5 pick to get a Franchise QB. In fact, the odds are generally against you getting your Franchise QB with a Top 5 pick nowadays. Defense can be addressed in free agency some and will likely be the main focus of the next draft.

The whole division is flawed obviously with bad defense and bad coaching, but someone will make it and you'd have a hard time selling any of the fan bases that even an 8-8 or 7-9 Division Champion still isn't worth "going for" .... IMO, someone will take enough of a hold of this division to win it at 9-7. Honestly the Eagles next six games are not unwinnable. I would think Green Bay will handle them on the road easily, but @ Tampa and @ Raiders plus home against all three Division Rivals ... if Chip can ever figure out how to make some in-game adjustments more quickly or at all ... they can go 3-3 in that stretch and with a few bounces of luck, who knows. Cowboys schedule is markedly tougher in that stretch with roadies @ Philly, Detroit & New Orleans with home games against Skins & Vikes. Hangover next week is very possible against Washington and could easily lose 2/3 if not all three on the road ... so Philly is in the hunt in this shit division. Washington really will be the wildcard IMO. They may get better as RG3 gets healthier or they could just flat out suck. Giants, go 0-16 because no one cares.

If Dallas Had Any Kind Of Defense Probably Be 4-1. Eagles Lost By 32 To Broncos Got Beat Down By Chiefs. Played Chargers Tough And Played Well Today. Giants Not Going Anywhere One Of The Worst Teams In Football. Get Blown Out Every Game. Skins Might Take Division. But Dallas Has Been The Most Competitive. Have Had A Chance To Win Every Game So Far.
