I was scoring it how I would a boxing match so maybe a bit flawed but, Gustafsson won the first two rounds with cleaner striking. Jones edged the third, and Gustafsson dominated the fourth except for the last 30 seconds. I would say Jones took the fifth.

Gustafsson should have won by a point. I thought when I heard 49-46 he for sure won the bout as no way Jones won that many rounds against him.

Just such a hard sport to judge.....Do you give more credit to 2 weak punches that land or 1 with more power in better location...?...There are just so many ways you can look at it.....How heavy do you credit the takedown?....only if damage is done? So SO many ways it can be viewed ect....
