#8I hate when people misinterpret something and keep reporting it as fact. Over and over again. The reporter looked at the receipt and said "that's ONE account"? Floyd said "one account, baby".
Did you at any point hear him say "that's my ONLY account"? Was that asked?Comment -

If you have that type of coin you need to be diversified in all asset classes, all currencies here and abroad and protect it so when you punch Larry Merchant he can't sue you for everything in "a single account".Comment -

#13It doesn't change the fact he has $123 million in one account and could wake up one day and have $250k. Yesterday was the 5th anniversary of the collapse of a 150 year old bank Lehman Brothers. Great boxer but rocks in his head.

BTW, his PPV had over 2 million buys. It has been reported he'll make double the guaranteed $41.5 million, and he has four fights left. He will retire with career earnings well over half a billion dollars without any endorsement deals. Greatest boxer of all time. And he doesn't get hit.Comment -

In the history of Compubox, there has never been a boxer with a greater percentage of hitting without getting hit. This guy is boxing. It is in his blood. People never appreciated Ali the way they do today until he after he retired either. And the difference is Floyd will be able to speak coherently when he does.
Take a look at this chart:

#23What is it with the latent homosexuality around floyd? Everyone sucking on his nuts, its getting creepy up in here.
And the money thing is all media stunts, rofl at people thinking he keeps his money that way. Its just to create the 'hurr look at all my monies' for the nutsuckers to gobble up.
************ is loaded though, for sure, but you need his sweaty nuts out your mouth about now.Comment -

#26Lou the greatest of all time doesn't duck Pacman and that is what Floyd did. IM not a Floyd hater and bet him every fight and probably would bet him over Pac but the fact of the matter is that Pac was hot, speedy, and a lefty and Floyd ducked him. Now Pac gets fuked with Bradley and gets caught in a fight he was dominating over a super roided up Marquez and now Pac isn't fight worthy lol. Lets see how Pac comes back from that knockout and if he wins it opens up all the talk about Pac Mayweather. Lets see what Floyd does. As a fight fan i still want to see this fight simply cause Pac can match speed and he is a lefty. These last three fights i couldn't care less about cause i knew Floyd would win barring some sneaky judging against him. I would even like to see him fight Trout even tho it would most likely be another 12 round sparring match. Trout would have given Floyd a better match than Canelo but i guess Canelo was the hot name. Business wise it looks like Floyd made the right decision to duk Pac for now.Comment -

Pac struggles against smart counter-punchers. He has yet to convincingly defeat Marquez after four fights. Floyd not only dropped Marquez but he won every single round against him. It was even more lopsided than his win over Canelo. He destroyed him from start to finish.
All Floyd wanted was Olympic style drug testing. Pac went from fearing needles (guy has 11 tattoos) to not wanting to lose much blood before the fight, and he now insisted on the same testing against Rios.
That aside, Floyd offered Pac $40 million guaranteed and he refused. It would have been the largest purse of his entire career. Why are we still talking about this bum? He's lost two in a row and still hasn't woken up from his knockout.
If Bob Arum wasn't in the picture the fight would have happened years ago. You can talk about a YOUNGER fighter in Pac being past his prime now, but Money May hasn't slowed down. Why's it his fault Pac couldn't sustain his style and that he's no longer relevant in the sport except in the same breath as Mayweather??Comment -

#30By the way I like how you ignored the fact that Pac was served up the loser of the Rios vs. Alvarado fight, a guy tailor made to make him look good and who doesn't have a style that can give him as much trouble as Alvarado.Comment -

#35understand the relationship between bob arum and floyd/oscar before you start spouting off about how floyd ducked pac......even dan rafael(not a fan), who was one of mayweathers biggest naysayers and pac fans, wrote a great piece about it years ago....
http://espn.go.com/boxing/story/_/id/7433886/blame-bob-arum-no-manny-pacquiao-floyd-mayweather-fightNow that Floyd Mayweather Jr. has been granted a delayed jail term, Manny Pacquiao's team is shying away from a May bout. Who shoulders the blame for the failure of matching boxing's biggest attractions? Top Rank's Bob Arum.
floyd left arum and became a megastar on his own....oscar was already a star but couldnt stand arum....arum told floyd hed lose money on an oscar fight and he didnt want to make it.....and well you know the rest is history....because oscar and floyd made history...arum used to spout off about floyds greatness when he was with him....then started saying things like "well if he wants a piece of the phillipino....".....but he never had any intention of letting it happenComment
