they are but a small few, and if you ask the general population here you will find that their actions are not supported. In fact someone said to me at work the other day that they were ashamed of what those few ppl did. The general atmosphere here is excitement for a good game!

soccer games usually get stopped in that type of whether.

neither team protested the match before it started. costa rica chose to play in the snow, as did the states. costa rica lost, costa rica filed an appeal with fifa, and their appeal was denied, because they were given the chance to protest before the match even started. they're just sore losers.

this week, costa rica also refused to provide the states with a place to practice, nor provide them with practice balls. rumors are that costa ricans are going to attempt to block the americans from reaching the stadium at all.

it's going to be one hell of a game; i can't wait to see it!
