that wasnt the bet... reemer sent him a bet which im guessing was under 48.5 which he pounced all over and ofcorse lost... here was the response to sperm saying + 3 on colorado

He doesn't have to do anything, that's the point. He willingly chose to take and accept the new agreement to replace the old one, if I understand him correctly. When someone says "alright, if Colorado +3 cashes, we're good" then they're good. You can't say that's not acceptable because it wasn't the original bet, both involved agreed upon the new terms. So as I see it, when Col +3 hit, done deal. Sperm took that as payment for the original bet.

Of course I may I have misinterpreted what Acl said and if that's the case then fukk him for being a douche and he deserves to be stiffed. I may send Deemer 135 just cause.
