Which NFL starting QB's will get injured in 2013
Over 1/3rd of opening day starters missed at least 1 start last year.

    Michael Vick 6 games
Robert Griffin III 1 Regular season game, torn ACL playoffs
    Brandon Weeden 1 game
    Ben Roethlisburger 3 games
    Jay Cutler 1 game
    Jake Locker 5 games
    Matt Cassell 7 games
Alex Smith missed a few games before being benched
    Kevin Kolb 10 games
    Blaine Gabbart 6 games
    Carson Palmer 1 game

Vick - Most injury prone QB in the league and an aging runner. Odds are he misses starters in 2013.
Rg3 - Injury prone and a runner. 2 torn Acls in 4 years. Odds are he misses time in 2013.
Brandon Weeden only missed 1 game, should be ok, I'd be more worried about him getting benched.
Rothlisburger holds onto the ball, takes too many hits. He's injury prone and will prob miss time again.
Cutler has had injuries in the past but he's had a horrible O-Line as long as I can remember.
Locker is a big strong guy, he also has a chance of getting benched if he doesn't perform.
Matt Cassell is a backup QB.
Alex Smith has been pretty healthy in his career, freak concussion.
Kevin Kolb has had 3 concussions already, he's injury prone and is already hurt.
Gabbart is lanky and his team sucks. He could get hurt or benched again.
Carson Palmer is getting older and even though Arizona's line should improve how good will they be?

    Other candidates.
    Mark Sanchez is already hurt.
EJ Manuel is already hurt with an injured knee and he's a running QB.
Russell Wilson is a running QB.
    Kaepernick is a running QB.
Christian Ponder runs around some and plays over half his games on turf.
Tony Romo has another awful O-Line.
Phillip Rivers has an awful O-line but he's a big guy.
Peyton Manning is old but never missed time until 2 years ago. He's huge and reduces hits.

I wonder if you could play the injury angle in season win totals or other areas. For example when Kevin Kolb got hurt Arizona was starting practice squad quality QBs for 10 games and their offense was putrid. Just getting an NFL caliber QB in there should improve the efficiency of that offense a lot.

Just think about this when you are betting futures and win totals. Bruce Gradkowski will probably start 2-3 games for an injured Ben Roethlisburger. Mike Vick will probably get injured and miss the last month or two of the season.

Vick and Kolb are definitely going to get injured.

Carson Palmer will feel what John Skelton and Kevin Kolb felt last year. Cooper out for the season, O-Line for the Cards going to be shitty again.

Eric Winston is an upgrade at RT, and the Cardinals OC is a long time O-Line coach. The line should still suck but be better than last year. It has got to hurt that Cooper got injured. Him and Winston could have really turned that line around.

Nasty injury. Guy goes flying through the air and lands on his leg, snaps it like a twig. Sucks for sure.
