I wonder what Artie and and Jerry are waiting for to fire Mike scioscia
Clearly it is coming...team is a joke Why wait for the off season? Still pulling respectable attendance though even though team is trash a lot of tickets being sold on groupon

Pujols will never be the same, not Mike's fault.
Mike didn't sign Josh, not his fault.
Not Mike's fault he has no other option than to trot out hamburger Jerome once every 5 days.
Mike is a class act

You dont think they asked mike if what he thought about adding hammimlton to his ballclub? Mike had more control over that farm system then you think... How many managers in baseball aren't class acts? mikes done stick a fork in him

Mike has lost his insticts. He was seemingly 3 runs behind before he made a move. What the fuk was the plan with runnning Blanton out there infinite amount of times. Richards ha d a better shot imo...

I dont think he cares im sure They've told him whats to come did anybody see his face on the last past ball (there were 2) de la rosa threw to let the run score in a tight ball game he looked like he didn't even care guess hes seen so much bad baseball hes used to it now. run Roth out there basically anybody has a better shot at keeping the game going than Batting practice throwing Blanton.

Probably because he will be snatched up in a second when he is let go. They don't want to light that fuse until the off season.

I'm not sure if the game has passed Mike Scioscia by, or he is intentionally sabotaging the Angels in hopes of getting fired and collecting on his last five years of his contract. He has done an awful job the last four seasons. I'll be so happy when he's gone. Jerry Dipoto is another story, I'm not sure what to make of him. People argue that Arte has handcuffed him financially trying to make these big splashes with Pujols and Hamilton. I would give Jerry more time. At least another season. Just get rid of Mike.

Actually Scoscia has a great amount of sway on the make up of the roster. He holds other titles that give him authority on who is drafted and signed in the offseason.

Too much $ left on his contract to fire him, especially with all the money they dumped on Pujols, Hamilton and starting pitching.
I know it sounds outrageous, but if the Angels want to save some dough, they'll keep him as their manager.

if they fire him and he's hired by another team, angels would be off the hook for the remainder of his contract.

I'm no fan of Scioscia, but he didn't put together this trainwreck roster.
Moreno should fire himself. It's the right thing to do.

Don't forget the Joe Blanton contract. Pound for pound, it's the worst of them all.

Don't forget about sending a guy who would be their closer for Tommy Hanson who had red flags all over the place.

Corbin by the Arizona Diamondbacks from the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim with pitchers Joe Saunders, Tyler Skaggs and Rafael Rodriguez for pitcher Dan Haren on July 25, 2010.
My word that has to be the worst front office in baseball.

He might be a good manager although they might need a new face and of course have to release some players like Hamilton
