They were the overwhelming preseason favorite to win the pennant. The odds on them to win the East were even more hillarious.

No not against Harvey...Im not betting on Harvey Im just rooting because Im a Mets fan/ The price is way to low for the best pitcher in MLB vs a team on the ropes/ I hope Harvey wins but he runs into bad luck sometimes. The game I like is the one Mejia is pitching against Zimmerman its like Benny vs Kraken a proven winner vs a washout fake. In 2007 Mets signed the wonder kid from the Dominican another horse roid product. He breaks down once he gets here TJ surgery struggles to come back and boom right back under the knife now he is just a could have been. But the Mets dont let go ....he goes around the minors. Last year they brought him up I guess because of his once raw talent which was sliced and diced away. His stint in the majors last year ended in INJURY
and they were only batting 319 against him for the time he pitched. He goes thru rehab once more this year pitching A and AA ball but they dont let him go to Vegas the triple A club....they bring him up to pitch in a dbl header today. Here's the deal they just found bone chips in his elbow he needs the knife once more
