1) Allowed 9-11 to occure unabated, when even a bare minimum of effort on his part would've prevented it. As the Republican members of the 9-11 Commission stated: "Bush had the BLUE PRINT to prevent 9-11 from happening."
2) Doubled the price of oil by unnecessarily purchasing all the oil from private refinaries.
3) Invaded Iraq on falsified data, which the CIA warned him was unreliable.
4) Passed the "patriot act" which spied on its own citizens.
5) Lost over 8 million jobs.
