Google results say it is Pin's software.

Pinnacle's online racebook has a unique interface not found in other racebooks. The horse betting system is Java based and runs on any web browser including Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator and Opera. We have successfully tested Pinnacles online racebook horse betting system on a Macintosh using Safari, neat!
