It does not make sense for Orton to win the case....it is usually meant as an aid or a crutch for an up and comer to try to reach main event status. The only one who didnt need it was Cena. They gave him it so that WWE could say that someone had the case and lost.

Speculation has Bryan and even CM Punk higher on the list to win than Orton.

Orton as a heel is great if not for the PG era..so limits his potential as a heel.....
