The only pitcher not to believe in on Detroit is Analballs. He's the fluke. Schitzer/Fister/Verlander is a sick playoff rotation.
Pretty sure Kipnis has been on fire lately by the way. But Cleveland doesn't have the talent to last and compete with Detroit. I'll take the Tigers over them a month form now no matter how far out they are. Get back to me. My guess is Cleve won't be in the picture anymore by then though.

Indians have some absolute burners on base paths.

They have Brantley and Bourn in outfield while Stubbs, Aviles, and Raburn share last outfield spot.

Solid up the middle Cabrera and Kippy.

Overpaid for Swish but he's solid.

Santana can rake.

Maybe best bullpen in baseball.. Their back 3 guys (Smith, Pestano, and Perez) are usually lights out.

They have a very good manager.

Detroit misses Austin Jackson, he's big time.

I think Indians win the division.

You can't analyze your own team brah, it's too bias.
Your bullpen is by far NOT the best. Nop even in the top 10. Yes, maybe numbers say they are for now, but they won't finish anywhere close.Get back to me in September on that one they will be towards the bottom.
Perez is a headcase. Still can't figure out the psychological aspect of pitching. Tilts over the smallest things in a game. Borderline bi-polar as well if you look at his media history.
Can't jump the gun after 40 games. Especially with a team like that. They won't last. But I do kinda like them today against Schitzer.

It's too bad cuz well over half his posts are not really posts.
But when he actually addresses sports he's pretty read-worthy.

If we could get someone like him to get on the good side and start posting worthy stuff, it could come back up again around here.

I took a flier on them at +1000 winning the division. Cleveland will need to make bolster their staff to make a run. I think they were hoping Bauer could hold a spot down...guy has been on of the bigger busts the past few years for all the hype he's gotten.

One thing the tribe have going for them is they are loaded at MI in the minors. You'd think they'd be a good match w/ the Phillies who have Utley and Rollins at the end of their contracts.

Scherzer not pitching great by any means. Indians at + money at home is an easy decision as long as they aren't going up against a stud.

That does make sense but the thing is if you look at Scherzer's road vs. away splits. He pitches way better on the road with a 1.23 ERA as opposed to a 5.85 at home. His last two games, although not good were both at home. Plus, Kluber isnt pitching all that well and the Tigers are batting .344 all time vs him.
