#2Nicky should chime in here. Ask him about the scalping lifestyle he once lived back when things were going well and easy with the books.המוסד

#6as flyer said, back in the days when there were books with opinionated lines and 30% cash bonuses and a 3x rollover with no hold, and you can scalp it out in 2 days, it was easy to make money.. today, with cash bonuses hardly existant and lines so sharp, it is tougher to make money..
but why would anyone that is up money gambling be telling you, a guy with 73 posts named Isiah that they are up money.. If jjgold asked, then maybe they might answer you, but no one knows you, isiah..
if a stranger asked me if i was up, and even if i was, i would never say to him i'm up.. but if a poster i knew asked me in private, i would tell him..
isiah, stop asking personal questions..

#13Nicky, if you're that offended & annoyed about my thread then you should have shut your mouth and not respond. Matter of fact, just ignore my thread. But why did you run your mouth like you're mad at the world? Oh, I forget, it's because your wife left you after all that money you lost putting it on the Magic's game.

#17Nicky, do you think you'll live past 60, 65? I'm guessing you will have a heart attack or pop a blood vessel in your brain with all the stress gambling has caused you over the years.

#19well right and this is my start. Begining gamblers biggest problem is control. I finally have control over myself. For the past 3 years i was right around even 100+/- but now i can finally limit my bets and only play the best possible games. Im only betting around 8-12 games a week instead of 20+ games. Im just saying ive made a ton these past few weeks because of self controlComment -

#23Yeah, no need to get all testy.. I don't even think his question is that personal.
Anyway, You cannot wager for a living without a proper bankroll and alot of people do not have that bankroll.
Like JJ said.. mainly recreational, hobby, the thrill....but not many can sustain it as a living.
Good luck buddy.Comment -
