I lost my cred!t card that I made my initial deposit with.
Now that I'm trying to make my first withdrawal from my book I have to fill out the authorization form and place my card on it.

Any advice?

Don't bother talking to the book till you get the replacement card. Giving them an excuse no matter how legit will just give them the opportunity to turn you down and make note of it on your account. Avoid that and just get the replacement card.

Books always give players the benefit of the doubt and work with the player 100%.....Plus you got SBR backing you

Not surprised with some of the responses but I was able to get a replacement card today and get my withdrawal with west3rn union within 3 hours. Thanks for the help guys

you have to get "verified" at every book before you can get any money out. if need be, just make a small deposit with another CC and then fax them that CC.

Won't work at most books, they require you to verify each and every card. Moral of the story verify the card the day you deposit with it.
