Would think +2550 constitutes a shot.

A cute pick that has no chance with bad odds.
A long shot is someone like Montana.

Yeah I first checked a pay per head shop and got +2250. 5D has the better number. Even more of a shot.

Haven't heard any reports... me and a buddy of mine were talking about them... even before the mini tourney the past couple of days. They look solid. a little luck... and they might make the final four.
St. Louis has no athletes that can compete, they have 0 chance vs Louisville.

Saint Louis is the worst and only bad matchup in the field for Louisville.
They handle Shocka's press w/ no problem, which is of course the only press that is similar to ours.

besides them playing lville if that ... then they would have to beat duke or msu if they get that far right? so idk it would be tough to beat a louisville team and then move on to one of those 2 teams

K I don't understand why you're so negative? The tourney is all about finding that team that can go deep.... and gives you decent odds. So I risked 200 to win 10,500... plus if they go deep... I can maybe middle somehow? or go the other direction and hedge. That's the entire point. A couple of breaks here and there... a kid gets hot on St. Louis... Louisville coach dies... Michigan State forgets their inside game... and Duke's Kelly breaks a leg.... anything can happen.

Doesn't it seem like stl is getting set up for a loss. They had a good run to end the season and were slightly underrated for most of the 2nd half and now as the tourney nears i hear a lot of talk about bilikens making noise. usually when you hear a lot of hype these teams seem to fall when you least expect it.

SLU will have matchup problems against power teams, like Big 10 types and others that have strong solid forwards/centers.
SLU has 3 excellent quick ball handling guards who can also score and they rotate 5 bigs, plus a "tweener", so a 9 man rotation, play relentless "D", but if they play a power team and the refs let them play they will have trouble scoring and defending in the paint.
Their only true inside threat is Dwayne Evans, a 6'5" undersized slasher, posts up but against true bigs he will struggle IMO. The other two significant front liners Ellis (Australia) and Loe (NZ) are euro type outside shooters mostly, play some inside, but not enough. I am not sure about OK State but if they have power up front they could be a problem. Louisville's front line is SO quick to the hoop, too.

The odds are too low....rather take someone like Oklohoma State at 150-1

Jordair Jett tried to play with an injured groin, played part of the first half and sat the rest of the game and Kwamain Mitchell did not play that game vs Kansas. So, no that was not the same Billiken team as you see today.
SLU has lost 1 game in regulation since Nov 29 (@ Temple). So, no that was not the same Billiken team as you see today.
Also they lost by 14 in Kansas City to the Jayhawks, I don't quite see how that is getting "shit" on.
I doubt SLU will win it all, or even reach the Final 4 but I promise you there isn't a team in the country looking forward to playing them.

TMS, anyone who doesnt agree they St louis is a decnt long shot, either doesnt like them or dont watch much ball.......... This team is somewhat like the last couple teams butler has sent to national championship games..........Good luck brother and its definitely worth a shot!
