Realistically, how how many years before............
The NFL Raiders become relevant again?
I don't mean 8-8 or last wild card 9-7 relevant.

    Like, AFC title relevant?

      For one season? Or consistently?

One season they are bound to have it happen in the next 5-7 years, consistently, uhh, might be a good while

Are you saying Pryor is the answer? Or are you saying he doesn't have a chance of winning even once?

I think I'd argue against either one until we see more.

You love to argue huh? I'm saying they won't go .500 with Pryor. But I've been wrong before.

I knew that would sound bad.

I definitely think they will be pretty bad with Pryor, but if he isn't successful, I just don't see them giving him more than a season or two to prove himself. So maybe the next guy wins for 'em.

3 or 4. People bump up and down all the time in the NFL. Who had thought the niners would be as good as they are 4 years ago when they got beat like they stole something.

Who knows, man. I'm still waiting on the Cowboys. I wish that I wasn't a fan, but I've been a fan of them ever since I was a kid, and I'm not about to jump ship. I'm going to be moving to Denver next year, so I'll also become a Broncos fan - but maybe one day the Cowboys will one day give me a good reason to be a faithful fan.

How many teams can say they are conference title relevant at any given time? 4 or 5? That's a high bar to set for them.

If they make a reasonable pick this year then tank next year and get Clowney. Peyton will be gone in a few years, so maybe 4 years but probably not.

100%, and they're not exactly in the NFC West here (no, Manning will not be as good this year in 3-4 years if he's playing at all)

With Al Davis gone, I suppose its possible they may become relevant again, but I would say I see no reason why they should be in the near future. At least, now, they don't have a clear reason why they won't be anymore.

At least 5 years and keep drafting 1st round picks.

True, but how good did we think Flacco or Kaepernick were? Winners write the history books.

But seriously.. teams change from worst to first.. and first to worst in the nfl more than people change their underwear
This year alone.. teams who drafted in 2012 first, second (would have been 6th) and fourth made the playoffs
