#5Jericho will win the EC
I'll lay the 7-5.
Vince isn't paying Jericho that gigantic promotion fee to lay down.
Cesaro is a lock as well, will not lay almost 3-1 though.
He's proven himself to HHH and corporate and will get a major push this year.Comment -

#9Slept through the damn openers, they're juiced to hell now. Still value in Kaitlin and Del Rio.
I like Jack Swagger to win the chamber. He just came back, they rebranded him with a new persona, and immediately he starts doing this anti immigration gimmick as Del Rio is being pushed as thier mexican star? They're booking the two to clash at Mania, I'm sure of it. That being said, Ziggler cashing in and Jericho winning the chamber also makes perfect sense.
Unsure about the Shield vs the Babyfaces. The shield cashed nice for me in December, but they could book this match to go either way.
Putting down money on Kaitlin, Del Rio, and most likely Swagger. Swagger is down to -145, get him while you can.Comment -

Losing is all he's been doing since he returned last year.
I honestly can't remember him winning a single main event match in '12.

#12Jericho has become, and will stay, the most over and popular jobber in wrestling today. He's even made jokes about it himself. Hes so beloved that he can continually put over talent and do nothing but lose, even as a heel, and he will constantly get cheered more then anyone on the active roster.
Swagger wins the chamber.Comment -

#14Great, its smackdown.
Hes there to put people over, he will not win the chamber. It doesnt make any sense, they'd have to turn him heel and have a month to build a fued with Del Rio over nothing. They have already hinted at a Del Rio/Swagger fued with the introduction of Swagger's new manager.Comment -

#15He loses the match cleanly.
I do like the idea of jericho/ziggler at wrestlemania for the title.
But I doubt it will happen considering the fact they want to breed del rio into the next mexican superstar now that mysterio is getting old and sin cara is a massive bust.
Jericho's a company guy too. Doesn't care for winning. just gives guys the rub.
punk, ziggler, sheamus all in the last year.Comment -

I think at this time Jericho is mostly there for fun. Look for a heel to win the chamber, again, I'm picking swagger because of the storyline they are already planting the seeds for. Del Rio goes over an anti immigration heel with cheap heat at WM.Comment -

#18what's up with swagger as heavy favorite now? can he possibly win? i don't buy it. i mean i see how the anti immigration deal would make perfect sense for him to feud with del rio, but that doesn't mean it's gonna happen now, or for the title. just can't see mcmahon wanting swagger vs del rio for the belt at mania, the biggest ppv of the year. then again, now that i think about it more... hmm. it'd put even more emphasis on cena vs rock. anyway, i took jericho at +160 this morning. i see jericho winning, and going up against ziggler at mania(who will cash in on del rio after he beats big show) the shield is my other pick.Comment -

#25Todays wrestling sucks compared to the wrestling of the 80's....The story lines are shit at best...Bring back the day's when wrestling was basic....Ric Flair on the mic and from out of nowhere comes the russians and Nikita Koloff hits him with a russian sickle....It was much better when there were territories....Better competition..NWA,WWF,WCCW,AWA,Southwest, Mid Atlantic...The list is endless...Todays shit is a discrace..TNA is about as close as your gonna get to old school....peaceComment -

#26jericho, and henry now at +1000, while swagger sits at -750. i don't get it, it's swagger, how could he be such a heavy favorite... are they getting tipped off by people who work at wwe? i know jericho is a guy who doesn't need the belt, or to be in title matches to be successful, but he's due, and with the babyface turn, it would help him to pick up this win. plus you'd think mcmahon would want him in a title match at the biggest money maker of the year. shield also at +600, i think there's good money to be made there.Comment -

Lesnar not on card because he's got that cushy contract. He'll def be at WM29. I hope with every fiber of my being he goes against the undertaker, but it looks like we're heading for an hhh rematch from summer slam (yawn). Taker and Lesnar had an incredibly vicious match 10 year ago in the cell.
At this point, I can see Del Rio/Swagger being the first match on the card at WM29. The heavyweight title match opened the last two WMs and isn't nearly as prestigious as the WWE title. I don't think it's a bad match-up, both guys can actually wrestle (unlike guys like the big show, who moves at a snails pace and can only punch people).Comment -

#33that match isn't about cena winning though. it's a 6 man tag, and the shield is a faction. i'll take the faction against 3 single guys who will maybe team up once more in a rematch, but that's it. shield is 1-0 right now, they benefit from the win more. if anything, it'd give cena a little more of an underdog status going into his matchup with rock(which he'll obviously win). props to you and anyone else who took swagger early, even with the gimmick change, i didn't see it. i was entertained during his feud with big show a few years ago, but he's been pretty much shit since then, and i couldn't imagine mcmahon wanting him in a championship match, you don't want a dead crowd at mania for a title match. i guess it puts a lot more emphasis on rock vs cena later in the night though...Comment -

I'll take the plus on the BigShow he is mad so that usually ends in a knock out.
Give me the Viper in the chamber.

#35Yeah I hear you, but if there is one area in which I have absolutely zero faith in WWE booking its in protecting new and upcoming talent. I got the shield in thier last win, but that was over DB, Kane and Ryback, bit of a different situation here. I'm unsure about this one, but insofar as the underdog lines go I suppose its one of the more sensible ones. With all the money coming in on the other side though, I remain doubtful.
I may put literally 10 bucks on it for shits and giggles.Comment
