You can make 3% profit whatever the result, you cant lose. As long as the prices are still valid.
The 2 teams mentioned are playing in the last 16 of the champions league - only one can progress to the next round. So you can back both and make profit.. Or you can do it so one side you get money back - the other side you win bigger than 3%.
Ive seen upto 50% with euro books, but as the OP says, much bigger limits here.

Dont forget this game is for next week - a lot can and will change by then.
If it 30 mins untill kick off - then yeah 2.60 is value, but the odds will change a little by next week. Still a risk imo..

Currency arbitrage was really big back when this was called middling to us sports bettors, hence the term arbing.
