Especially in Africa where religion has a far bigger impact than Europa for example it is dangerous to say the wrong thing about certain people. They already burn gay people alive...
I'm not saying the pope should accept it but as in all centuries the religion has to evolve with its timeframe.
As you may have seen some people in the church (mildly) accept condom use. And saying using condoms is bad as an African to Africans in an continent plagued with HIV/AIDS is catastrophical. And just to let you know Christianity is losing popularity in a lot of countries in Europe because of intrigues with children and because people don't give a crap if your gay or not.

Cardinal Turkson is a good and decent man.

Humble in spirit, but also a steady and guiding hand. His father was a carpenter ans his mother sold vegetables in an open stand in Ghana.

He is also an intellectual genius. He was a professor and earned a licentiate, which is the equivalent of a Phd, at the Pontifical Biblical Institute in Rome.

If he were to be elected Pope, I would be more than happy to serve him just as I would any other Pope.
