Michigan has no answer on the inside for Nix and Payne, not even close. Especially with Morgan still hurt. Robinson and Stauskas can't guard Gary Harris and Brandon Dawson, two Mcdonalds All Americans.

Tom Izzo and his team are going to show the Wolverines what real defense and a real home court advantage look like. I'll wait until it reaches Michigan -2 before pounding the spartans on the ML.

Mitch McGary really stepped up against Wisconsin although he will be subbed out for some periods of time that is the problem.

I think he will mean a lot in this inside vs. outside game.

i live in ann arbor. my gf went to umich and now goes to msu law school.

those stats mean nothing at all for this game though.

And KU should have beat MSU early in the year but didnt... I got a feeling a lot of people are putting money on Michigan and vegas is going to love it.

I believe if this game goes to Mich -1 or PK... Wolverines all the way! Means vegas wants juice on the State because they feel BLUE will cover. Pay close attention to this at game time.

I don't get how people keep saying MSU always shows up in these games. It's because they're always a good team and coached greatly. MSU actually matches up to Michigan very well, apparently you don't follow basketball or maybe you do and you just the rankings and not the actual game is itself. No one matches up well with Burke, he's the best in the nation. However Dawson will be a nightmare for Hardaway, he's stronger and more athletic, for a jump shooter those are the hardest to play against. MSU's big men will dominate the boards, Mitch played well vs Wisconsin however MSU's big's are arguably the best in the Big Ten. Mitch posted up a few times at Wisconsin and that won't happen vs MSU. Until recently Michigan played a cupcake schedule and it's showing with them losing 2 out of the last 3. Home court is the largest factor in any college basketball game, good teams win at home, great teams win on the road.

I'm not a fan of either, but I live here in Michigan for work. Watching a ton of these games I think MSU grinds out a victory tonight, Michigan looks very lost when it comes to running plays under 1 minute left. Holding onto the ball and jacking a step back 3 will not win the close games. They've yet to execute a play when its the last possession, I think this will hurt them again tonight.

I don't know man, Michigan made Amir Williams look like an NBA center. Best he's looked all year, inlcuding opponents that are ranked 300 or so. If they Can't stop him at home, how are they going to be against MSUs Trio of Bigs on the road? No play, just going to watch a hopefully good rivalry game.

Michigan St is as tough as anyone at home, Michigan SHOULD have lost to Ohio St, Did lose a terrible loss to Wisconsin. i see this one being anything but a solid win for them

Furthermore... you need to look at how the team felt after that. You can't write them off. They are pissed off. Michigan wins by 4 or 5.

I don't think Izzo is all he is made out to be this year, so Michigan would be my play. But, I think the easiest play is KY +10.5. Noel is playing like a man now.
