when eli made it in 2008 he wasn't that great of a qb, some people were wondering how long giants would stick with him. so i would put ryans talent much ahead of him, and ryan if they win as the gift of playing at home. where he just owns the dome. i do not get why people are saying he is unclutch, his nick name in college was matty ice. its not his fault the defense run game and everything blew apart when they played the packers at 14-2. that is by far the best group of wrs in the league, and they are getting no love from anyone on how well their defense has played this year.

anyways kapernick isn't a rookie either. but to me that doesn't matter much anymore. college qbs are coming more prepared then ever because the college game has taken into account a-lot more of the proformations while still doing the spread, but the nfl is beginning to become more college offense friendly. just look at d.c, they ran the run option to perfect all year. so this nonsense that rookie qbs cant win because it hasn't happpend before is bull-shit, we never had rookies come out and put up numbers like they have. if rg3 is healthy, would we not be talking about today a d.c blow out of seattle and talking about how he is going to drive to the superbowl? rg3 had what the third best QBR in the league? Wilson towards the 2h was the best, if i am not mistaken when they really opened up the books, and they started to incorporate some of the d.c offense, in the run option.

i just don't get why you are sticking to the past nfl, when its obvious that rookies can come in, and play. and play great.
