This may be true but I remember betting an over and a few hours later turning on the game to see it was total pouring rain. Offenses couldn't do crap and the game ended up being 10-3 or something like that... I've never bet a total without checking weather. I never take overs when it's forecasted for a lot of rain and I've found that the rain favors the under more than the over.Comment -

Cuse has a down hill running back in Jerome Smith, WVU relies on speed on the edge which will be hurt by the field conditions. I do worry our defense will slip and give up big plays but same can be said for them as well. Maybe a live bet when I see how both teams play due to the weather. Both teams are capable of getting into the 40's regardless, IMO.
