It was just a mild sprain, thank God... and I applied ice every 4 hours to minimize the swelling. I'll be well soon.

I speak only a little Tagalog. I used to work with some Filipinas. One time I said to them "Magandang Hapon" thinking I was saying "good afternoon". They giggled at me and told me I was wishing them good Japanese (Hapon).



I guess I put the emphasis on the wrong syllable.

That was a funny experience Quantumleap . It's nice to learn other languages even just the basic at least you can communicate with them. I'm currently taking spanish classes because I want to connect with the locals.
