No one is expecting Brown to surprise, they only try to analyze whether he would win enough games, and from reading the reviews it sounds like Brown's best weapon is his serves, but Ferrer in this tournament has beaten Tisparevic who was in excellent and amazing form (he even won against Murray just about a week ago!) - so I don't think Ferrer would have any troubles winning against the German.

Betting on the 1st set would make it 8% profit, and betting on the entire match would make it 3% profit if you bet on Ferrer.
Because the handicap got shorten from 6.5 to 5.5 I would take a safer action here and bet on the entire match.

My bet is Ferrer to win against Brown, £1000 to win £30, easy win, my betting slip would follow shortly.

You just move the decimal point. Use them for a while and u will get the hang of it.

You multiply the risk amount ... for example 1000 multiplied by 1.03 gives you 1030, so if you risk 1000 and get 1030 it means you got your stake (1000) back plus 30 (profit).
