Xavier vs Cincinnati- The Crosstown Shootout

Who does everyone like in this game?

Last year coming off the brawl these teams will be pumped and ready to go.

Being a huge Cincy fan i just can't see turning down the points.

Game is on a neutral floor in downtown Cincy only minutes from both schools.

Going to roll with Xavier +9.5 This is just to many damn points for this rivalry.

These matchups are generally always close.

on paper, cincinnati is 9 1/2 points better on a neutral court, which is where this line has settled

i agree with the rivalry intensity, xavier probably has a better than average chance of covering

Love it so much more than the ESPN hyped Duke v. UNC.

Yes X spread, UC ML. But heart and soul on the line with UC.

Gotcha. Thats how i felt too. Lost my X bet but didnt mind at all.

If Christon and Davis don't both get hurt, X would have covered. After those two, X doesn't have a PG, and UC kept pressuring the ball. Heck, X had Brad Redford and Justin Martin attempting to run the point in the 2nd half. They had a tough time getting across halfcourt, and a tougher time running any type of sets. Martin being in foul trouble the whole game didnt help either.

UC has gotta feel pretty good. They won the game by 15, and didn't play their best game.
