However, them saying no money is going out today doesn't indicate that they are not going to payout ever again. Definitely a bad sign, though.

Although I seriously question the long term viability of BetIslands, I doubt they would actually tell someone they are never going to pay.

They didn't directly say they were done paying. They just told me no money was going out today. This is already the 2nd day. Then she had no answer for when, if ever, I was getting paid. "Processor issues". We all know very well what that means. Had houston won last night I would have probably gotten paid today.

they have been having processor issues for over a week

No checks are going out...so everyone is probably using P2P. I'm sure they are reaching their max limit almost daily with people withdrawing.

They have been having processor problems for a lot longer than a week. The real question in this situation is whether it's really a processor problem. And it's hard to get a grasp on what the real truth is on a board with a bunch of gamblers who freak out at the drop of a hat. Probably does not help anything when threads like this start a run on funds with everyone wanting to withdraw at the same time.

That being said, it's hard to believe the homepage still says "same day payouts". Getting rid of promises you can't keep would eliminate most of the negative threads about BI.

ETA: I am guilty as anyone of freaking out and running here to post when they don't pay on time. But, I'm not sure anyone really needs to freak out until there is a documented instance of them not paying, as opposed to not paying on time.

hopefully it is only processor issues ( i am praying). But there customer service has been so poor recently. processor issues/poor communication is bad. proccesor issues/ good communication can be bearable.

I can see being late. But when I ask "when am I getting my money, or if at all?", then the phone goes silent........its a problem.
