KCPD is reporting that it was in front of Pioli and Crennel as well as other staff. He thanked the 2 men, who were trying to talk him down, and they said they never felt threatened. Belcher pulled the trigger as the first officer arrived on the scene

For most people this will just involve reading about a random stranger committing murder and then suicide. However for others this will stir up some really dark feelings. Especially with a child involved. This isn't funny and I'm shocked that anyone would even attempt to make it so.
