                                  Spurs just reeled off 6 wins in a row. Poppovich doesn't give a sh!t about fans or TNT or the NBA, he cares about winning when it matters. This move is more of a reflection on the sad state of the NBA than it is of the Spurs. Spurs realize they don't need to win every game before them, there are enough teams beneath them, that they can beat up on.

                                                              Pop does this every year. Where have you guys been? He picks his spots to let his team rest. It sucks for the kid that saves up all year to see his favorite team come to play but the NBA won't do anything about it because it would bring too much attention. They just let it slide just like they don't give a shit when teams start tanking to get a better draft lottery position.

                                                                  Don't hate on Pop. They played 4 games in 5 days and won them all. (6 games in 9 days?) Spurs getting written off past few seasons but always in the mix. Last season they went on a hot streak into the playoffs and people thought they had a good chance at a championship.

                                                                  Spurs are old, pop is accommodating for that. Great thing about spurs is they dont seek glory. Duncan and ginobili happy to play their role even if they lose minutes or don't have the ball. Early in season but who had spurs sitting above okc and lakers and clips.
