And it'll be 10 years in row. Texans will win this one by 7+
Don't let the slip up against Jags fool you.
Parlay on Texans and Cowboys. Romo is 5-0 on Turkey Day.

Isn't this what happened last year? everyone thought detroit would be the ones to beat the unbeaten packers and they got rolled?
I think the line opened around 7 and dropped to 3 on game day.

They won last week in OT?
Detroit played their best game of the year last week with a home loss to the packers. This is a tough one. The Texans sleep walking last week is a peak into a team that may coast a few weeks, and they will probably drop one or two while in coast mode. Does being able to play on national TV inspire them? I think they are in coast gear and lose a squeaker possibly in OT.

the lions suck.
stafford has a big arm but no brain. calvin johnson deserves a better team. the rest of the receivers are garbage (well, not necessarily but stafford doesnt give a shit to throw to anyone else but johnson)
a good tight end that doesnt get used enough (stafford has no brain)
and a defense that.... other than the d-line, BLOWS.
to sum up, 1 WR, 1TE, a decent d-line. the rest of the team blows
i'd LOVE to take the lions, but fuk me the texans are good in every single category and the lions have ONE WIDE RECEIVER AND A TIGHT END.
this game is a no play for me. i understand the lions desperation so i wont play the texans, but if my life was on the line i'd take houston

Texans can obviously get it done when it matters. Lions can't, I mean last game Stafford had so many chances to hit a receiver for big yardage and put the Packers away but overthrew basically all of them. Lions know they're pretty much out of the hunt now. To me that matters more than Texans not really needing the win. Texans big, then Cowboys big for me.

Vegas dreads Turkey Day every single year. Oddsmakers can't do anything about it! They hope you're dumb enough to take the Lions.

Detroit's defense can't stop an all star running back. Houston is very well balanced. This is New England at Detroit all over again.

Even if you're right, professional sports teams don't think this way. It's not college. These guys get paid big money to perform. They have a never-quit mentality. They will fight no matter what 'til the end even if it's a good chance they know they're going to lose.

Detroit has the 2nd best front 4 in all of football. Look at what they've done this year.

I'm talking STAR RUNNING BACKS. Not overall rushers or mediocre. Top 5 running backs in the league destroy the lions. A well oiled machine like Houston will embarrass Detroit. I do see OVER 50 in the one easily. Detroit will score 20+ on Houston. But, Houston will figure out Detroit's secondary.

I just think the Lions will play desperate right from the getgo after that loss to GB. Look at Det's losses this year. All close. Houston looked terrible against the Jags and if Wade Phillips thinks that his "lockdown" corner in Jonathon Joseph is gonna guard Calvin Johnson 1 on 1.....well good luck with that.

Maybe because teams put 8 in the box when they play houston? Tomlinson also had a couple seasons where he had 4 ypc. Pretty sure he also shattered the single season td record and no one will ever touch it for the next 100 years

And teams don't do that against AP and Gore?
So you are saying Houston has no QB and WR's that anyone respects.
Did they not do that the previous years?
Houston plays all cup cakes most of the year too. He's been absolutely horrible.
Only people are so blinded because he gets so many carries.
