    Why do so many people say grab this Line before it goes "up"?
    When lines go "down" more often than "up".

          Grab Texans and Dallas -3 now if you like value. Neither will close at this number.

          As for lines going up or down, it's all dependent on the specific game. There is no general trend anymore.

              Lines fluctuate drastically when it's single games with millions of dollars on it... such as Thanksgiving Day games.
