Emily is a gay man infected with the HIV virus. Study his posting patterns in here and you will see long gaps at times. He is a regular in the San Francisco and Alameda County jails. He also has spent time in various hospitals in the area. He loves to run his mouth and thinks because he is HIV positive, he can scare people off when he sees them on the street. He tried that with two people I know back in 2014 and spent some time in the jail ward of a hospital. He also goes by Emily Harris, and has been run out of many sites like this one. He obviously is mentally challenged and needs all the help he can get.
